Hi, I would like my account 4068050 cancelled immediately. We have had zero service on this account for months, noone returns calls or messages and the service has been pathetic. Please confirm when cancelled.

We dont have any record of a formal cancellation request.
I have PMed you our cancellation process.
Once you have completed that, we will cancel the service. Once it is completed, we can then look in to any refund claims.
