I spoke to one or your account representatives and advised them that I wanted to cancel my account. they proceeded to tell me I needed to email. Why could they not cancel this over the phone??? I have since emailed but no auto reply to say my email has been accepted?? Who else do I need to speak too? I have had no issue with this service up until now. Thanks Danni
