Cancel my account

Hi.
I've been trying to chat with someone for over a week and nobody is helping me get connected at my new property. I've therefore decided to cancel my account with TPG. I have tried every way to have this achieved. How can I cancel my account if they aren't currently taking any phone calls and no one in the chat service is helping me.

Please note that I moved houses on the 26th of February and contacted TPG about this. I was told I'd be notified within 2 days if I can get nbn. No one has contacted me and tpg has been impossible to reach. I am paying you for NOTHING. I have had no internet since the 26th of February! Cancel the account now and DO NOT charge me for the month
