Close my email account - fraudulent activity

I have had for the last week numerous (hundreds) of emails bounce back to me or come into my inbox saying they have been sent from me, they have malicious content and attachments etc. I have not sent any emails from my account and am tired of this happening over and over.
I only have email with my tpg account and would like to stop this email account right now please.
Can you help me to close this please. 
I am unable to call as we have moved to London and it is difficult with the time difference.
