Cancellation

Hi TPG Team,

 

I have tried to cancel my internet service for a couple of days. I understand it is hard without a customer service phone due to the current world situation. I have accessed the chat and it never connects to the cancelation team. could you please look into that and cancel my service? I have already signed w another provider as the ADSL uploads were too low for the home office and conference calls needed.
