I understand that COVID19 is taking its toll and you guys have shifted to online chat from phone.
I am wanting to cancel my account from last 3 days due to poor ADSL service. I have done enough trobleshooting in the past with this connection.
I spent a lot of time to get to some account specilist which probably doesn't exist. I have sent and email to email@example.com but no response. I am looking and waiting at the chat windows since 8 am this morning. Done with the service.
Help me cancel this thing
