Cancel my nbn account

I have switched to another provider after poor service from tpg ie internet connection issue not solved.
Please cancel my account and credit me my subscription fees from the time I first logged my service issue at the end of February 2020, as I have had no nbn service from then and NBN co attributed the problem to my carriers modem on 2 occasions.
