Cancel nbn service

Hi TPG,

I have been waiting for the nbn Connection box to be installed for weeks now. No technician has contacted nor was there any appointment being arranged.

I need to cancel your nbn service, effectively immediately.

It might also help to complain to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman to keep pressure on TPG to follow up the process.
