I recently decided to change to a different provider after 15 years with TPG - new plan was > $20/mth cheaper for the first 12 months.
The change to the new provider took about 14 hours from my order being placed. I then got the notice from TPG that I'm paying for another 30 days of service. After 15 years of on-time payment I think this is a bit ridiculous.
Since the move only took 14 hours can this 30 day payment be reduced? I can understand if the transfer took weeks, but not hours.
