Cancellation and return of router - Home Wireless Broadband

Hi,

I'm looking to cancel my service, close the account return the device.

I tried calling but the person on the other end, he said there was a bad line, hung up, tried calling my number again and didnt even let it ring for one dial tone...he didnt call a second time.
