Cancellation due to move

I have been trying to get in touch with TPG for over 3 weeks now to cancel my internet service as I moved house. It has been impossible to get in contact with TPG, and now payment has been taken out of my account for a service that we aren’t using! I’ve logged into my account to attempt to cancel the service or amend payment details but there is no option to do so. How do I cancel this service and receive a refund for the payment taken yesterday?
