I have tried calling and using the website from a month ago and you guys would not answer me or the website would not work. I am unable to log into my account because I do not have my Australian phone number either. I would like to request for a cancellation ASAP.
I am moving overseas and no longer in need of this service.
Please process ASAP. I have been trying contact for over a month.
