I have been constantly trying to cancel my service and request a refund for the horrible service of every kind which has been supplied to me by TPG.
I’ve been repeatedly been left in the “I’m transferring you to an agent” more than 15 times and it’s a joke.
Emails have been sent with NO reply and I’m sick and tired of this shocking service
Please can someone just cancel my service so I can be rid of TPG
