Hi,

 

I understand that there are limited queries over the phone however I have started 8 chats and counting with your consultants and all chats have had no outcomes. Many chats were closed without any response. I have waited over an hour for each of these 7 messages. This is now the 3rd day that I have been trying to cancel my service. There is a 30 day cancellation clause which I am trying to meet.
