I have rung TPG and asked for the cancellation of service I was asked to send the email with cancellation note/request, there is no email address or webpage to send the email. Is it a joke? I filled in the form in the billing section no response.
I just simply want to cancel TPG service at the end of December 2018 how hard is it to do it.
