Can i cancel my internet application and get my full refund??
As you guys failed to meet your ETA as what u have stated 10-20days until u connect my service..i did not receive any update here just keep promising that will take action asap..i cannot wait for 1 month as my job requires internet.
You should let us know in the first place of application that you cannot guarantee you can install the service as what you have said 10-20days. It is pointless u sent us a modem knowing that we do not have an active line.i have notice that quite a lot 9f is having the same issues with installation .just need my refund and i am going to get with OPTUS WIRELESS BROADBAND..hope to hear from you soon
