Cancellation of my credit card

I need help closing my credit card payment details as I have entered my direct debit details for monthly payments going forward. Your site said to telephone to change credit card status but I cannot get any response when I phone. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Me too. I said I will report TPG to Fair Trading Commission and to TV channels for continuing to debit my credit card even though I'm with another NBN provider.
