Cancellation of nbn service

I’ve been unable to contact tpg via any communication channel for a week now. As a last attempt I’ve downloaded the tpg app and sent through a message for my cancellation request. There’s no history of this message being sent or received so I’m also adding the request to the community. Please cancel my nbn service / account immediately. I no longer require any services from tpg.
