When i signed up (a week ago) for the NBN plan, i thought the property (just moved in) had a landline to connect the modem to the NBN FTTN, which it turns out that this property does not. I cannot connect to the NBN in this property unless i get a new landline and phone jack installed. We currently not in the finance position to install this at this point in time. We would like to cancel this as we are not able to connect to the NBN using this technology. I signed up to a 6 month contact, however we are not able to use the service so can I please cancel this and have the cancellation fee waivered as we have not used service and cannot use the service. Thanks.
