Good morning,
I lodged a cancellation request today via the weblink (https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/cancel.php) and received the notification advising it had been submitted. However, I then received an email with the heading "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" containing the contents of my submitted form and the problem report below:

I'm needing to cancel due to moving overseas and am providing the notice period, but I'm wanting to confirm that this has actually been received rather than disappearing into the ether. Is there a way to do this, or do I need to resubmit?
