Hello,

I want to cancel my account, I am unable to do this via phone call. Am I able to do this online?

We regret to hear that you no longer wish to stay with TPG. We can request our Escalations Team reach out to you through email using the contact email address on the account. However, to ensure that we have the right records, can you PM us your customer ID or username, service address and the reason for the cancellation?
