Dear TPG team, I am getting a voice message when I ring a number - saying that my account has expired. Please contact Support team to avoid interruptions in service. Please note that my billing is paid with direct debit. I just checked my account and it is all paid up. I am not sure why I am getting this voice message. I tried to ring the Support team and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes. No one picked up the call. Please contact me as soon as possible.
Receive voice message on mobile when ringing out saying " account about to expire call service team".
Tried that for 20 minutes with no luck. All direct debits up to date?
