Cancelled prepaid SIM card plan but still charged

Hi, I cancelled my prepaid Mobile Plan: Super Value Medium a few days ago and received an email from TPG confirming that my plan has been cancelled but I was still charged even though my next billing cycle starts on the 7th of December. I've been trying to call the TPG's customer support for the past hour and there is still no answer. Why have I been charged even though my plan has been cancelled?
