Cancelling Internet from overseas

I have recently moved overseas to the UK and forgot to cancel my internet before I left. I can't log into my account (when I try I get an error page). I called the international number but when I tried to press a number to speak to a salesperson it wouldn't register and hung up on me. I tried to send a private message but the page said "access denied". How do I cancel my account!?
