Can you please provide a number or email that I can get in touch with to cancel an NBN service at an old address of mine? I've spent the better part of 3 hours trying to navigate your online chat system. Been told 3 times by customer service that I was being transfered to an 'Account Specialist' and once transfered no one engage with me for half an hour. I've logged a case with the TIO as this is the only other avenue of contact that I can think of to engage with you since you've removed your customer support number and emails from your website.
I need to get this resolved ASAP with no futher wasting of my time.
