Cancelling plan

Hello, I am currently on the ADSL2+ Unlimited 24x7 with Home Phone plan (not in contract).

I would like to cancel my plan as I no longer need it and do not wish to change plans. 

 

I would highly prefer an easy, email process as I am unable to take calls during weekdays due to work.
