Cannot Access Invoices

When I log into my account, on the left hand side I select Your Invoices to get my latest one. It directs to the invoice page. but no invoices show, and page times out after approx 30 secs with the following error message. This utility allows you to view your payments and invoices. To view an invoice simply click on the appropriate invoice number in the left column. Tried multiple browsers and phones all the same result!
