Get online support
Hi,
I am currently not in Australia. I have turned off my roaming before. My TPG SIM card is still attached in my phone. When I want to log in to my account, I cannot get in because the OTP sms code was not sent to my number. Is it because I have turned the roaming off?
If yes, then how is the solution? I need to make a payment to keep my numbers active and avoid fine for late payment. I really appreciate if someone could please help me asap.
