Hi,
I recently deactivated my eSIM so that I could send my phone in for repairs. Now that I have the phone back, I need to login and reactivate my eSIM. However, I cannot access my OTP and so cannot log in because my mobile number is not active. Could somebody please help me rectify this situation?
