Cannot send emails via Outlook or Post Office

Hi,

 

In outlook I get the below error for any email address I try (please note I changed the email address to blah@test.com for privacy reasons).

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

 

     Subject:     test

     Sent:  15/12/2020 5:30 PM

 

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

 

     'blah@test.com' on 15/12/2020 5:30 PM

           Server error: '550 5.7.1 <blah@test.com>... Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [121.215.192.167]'

 

 

I then tested direct in Post Office I get the below error for any email address I try

Failure sending message: Email address not valid. Please use an email address which looks like user@example.com

 

I have gone through all settings in Outlook to ensure they are correct, and tested Post Office as I need to send an email from this account.

We'd love to help and get to the bottom of this, we'd like to confirm what troubleshooting have you performed so far?

 

Please try to change your TPG account password in the event that the issue still persist, please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the affected e-mail address).

 

How do I private message (PM) in the community
