Cannot turn on roaming

I'm trying to login to my TPG account to turn on international roaming but I can't receive the verification SMS as i'm overseas... Can i use an authenticator app or is there another way to verify please?

Currently, there's no other way aside from receiving OTP via SMS in order to login to the TPG My Account.

Our team is still working on applying authenticator apps or other MFA, but there's no ETA on when it will be live.

We need to raise your case with our Privacy team in order to activate the international roaming.
