I try login in with my username and password and this message shows up:

Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid.

What should i do?

I ordered a sim card with a new number that hasnt arrived yet (despite it saying it should arrive in 3-5 business days). So, no, i dont think i have an assigned mobile number

When your SIM arrives, contact us again and we'll help you with the activation and get access on your My Account. Can you please PM to us your TPG customer ID?
