I have reset my account password last night and can receive emails but I am unable to send via the iPhone or Outlook.
The error message I get is "The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User email@example.com is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse"
I have checked my settings and updated the new password but need someone to remove the block on my account.
