Cant send emails

I am unable to send emails, error message says: failure to send. email not valid. please use address which looks like user@example.com

 

I have changed my password and it works for a day or two and then fails again. This has happened several times over the last few weeks and whatever Im doing is not working.

 

Frustrating,

help please?
