Hi on Thursday I had to update my payment details as I got a new card.
The app wasn't letting me set up my new card or use the account details for that card for payment.
So then I rang TPG and changed my card details over the phone with a different card entirely and the payment was taken straight away and updated in the app.
This morning a direct debit has come out of my new cards account so I have paid twice.
How do I get the 2nd transaction reversed?
