Change from OZ talk to Pay as you Call

Please advice how I can remove OZ talk from my add-in and move over to Pay as You Call, and once this is done:

 

- Do i have to have a prepaid balance in my account

 

And can I get out of my 6 month contract at an earlier date or am I obliged to committ to what is an awful service.

You can remove the OZ talk via online here is an article that you may find helpful, this will guide you on how to downgrade the plan also to remove add-ons to the service.

How to Change NBN Plan Online via TPG My Account.

 

Once the phone service is on Pay-As-You-Call status, you need to add a prepaid balance to make a phone call. For more details please check the article below.

Thanks for your detailed response.
I"ve attempted to do this but it requires me to change my current NBN plan / pricing as well. (My spreed / price is not listed. .it was a special for those who changed to NBN).

ALL..I want to dorder is remove OZ TALK. Something that I verbally requested 3 months ago !!!!!

Regarding getting out of my contract...
I intend leaving TPG due to poor service. Will I still have to pay my remaining contract fee?
I have been unsuccessful in my attempted to resolve my ongoing issues with numerous people. I am now paying for a service that is not acceptable.

It has been 180 days!!!!! since I have requested my OZ talk to be removed from my account. $30 wasted. now $40.

WHY is it so hard to do!!! I don't want to change my NBN plan.

 

TPG.. How do I get out of my contract?  No longer accepting this poor service.
