Change mobile account ownership

Hi All,

 

I have read an answer to how to change an ownership and this can be done by filling in the form or calling customer service; however, I just called customer service half an hour ago and was told I can not change mobile ownership over the phone and this only applies to ADSL change of ownership.

 

I am now confused by the answer I got from the community was under the mobile forum; has this now changed ? or do I just need to fill in the form and scan back?

Thank you @Mc_Gerald for your prompt reply. I am assuming that I can send a private message via the email directly received as a notification or there is another way of doing so ?

 

Meanwhile, I have filed in the form and was about to send it back to the email on the form but again I was confused as it 'adsl_admin@......' and again I wanted to change mobile ownership, not an ADSL.

 

I will send you the full account information once you confirm the private message is via replying to the email I received as a notification.

Thanks for your reply. I will send you a private message with my own number as the TPG linked number is being used by my wife for quite a few years.

 

Although I have called customer service earlier as I mentioned earlier in vain, I look forward to speaking to someone who can be able to help with my query.

 

If you can give me a rough time that would be appreciated.
