Change my first name

I called TPG back in June about changing my first name. I was told to send my request to the email address privacy@tpg.com.au along with copies of my Change of Name Certificate and my photo ID.

 

I did so once on the 9th of June, and then again on the 23th of June, but didn't hear back. My name is still not changed. I'm wondering how to resolve this issue?
