I have updated my bank account details for direct debit and have been emailed that they do not match the account on file. This is because I am recently married, how do I get TPG to update my surname on my account?

In order to update the account name, your surname in particular, you will need to send an email to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au.
Please make sure that you also provide proof, like an ID or marriage certificate.
