Change of NBN plan

Hi TPG, I have asked to upgrade my current contract 48 hours ago and still no reply or communication received. When I rang the change plan department was left on the phone for more than 1 hour without answer.
Is there any way I can receive some assistance?

We had a look at your account and we can see that your change of plan request is still in progress, but you will receive an email notification once this is completed.
