Change of name

Hi, 

So i have recently legally changed my name, how do i go about changing my name on my account and also changing my username?

Welcome to the Community!

You may need to contact our Accounts team to process the request to change the name on the account.

However, the TPG account username can't be changed, unless you cancel the current account and reapply for a new service.

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with your preferred time and best number to be contacted by our Accounts team to discuss this further.
