Change of ownership

I have attempting to transfer ownership, I have the form and email to TPG on 16/12/2019 but I did not get anything from TPG. I saw that Allow 2 or 3 working days to process this form. Any wrongs with the form?
How long this take? And when do you do that?

We were able to retrieve your account using your community details and we tried to look for the forms that you've sent to us for the change of ownership; however, we are unable to find your email. 

 

Kindly re-send the forms to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au and let us know via private message the email address that you used, so we can check from our end if it has been received.
