Change of plan

I have changed plans and I'm wondering how long it takes for the speed to increase.

I've gone from 50 Mbps to 100 Mbps. 

I have already received email saying plan change complete.

Hi @smoo712a,

Service Speed should change within 24-48hrs.

Try to turn on and off the modem/router and check if the speed improved.
