- I want to pay by Direct Debit my account and I have passport(not Australian) and student ID only to proove my age, is these fine?

You can leave the service number box blank if you do not have a home phone number.
When choosing a direct debit as your payment method, you are to provide any valid ID that has your date of birth for age verification.
The ADSL location number is only required for new installation.
You also have an option to contact our Customer Service at 131423 (option 3, then option 1) and we can process it for you by phone. We'll need you and the account holder to agree to the change and some terms; this can be done on the same call or we can call the new account holder separately.
