Hi team,
I'm travelling overseas and I turned on the international roaming. I understand the charge will be taken off from my prepaid balance. When I checked my balance earlier today, I find that I was charged for a call made to my own number??? And it's impossible for me to make that call at that time shown in the statement because I didn't have a signal with my SIM card then.
Can you please help and shed some light?
