TPG scam? - getting billed after service deactivation. can you pls deactivate my phone number? i had requested it 3 weeks back and i am still getting billed and it's still active.   I have been on the phone for hours multiple times a day and no one picks up. I spoke to your rep on the phone regarding the cancellation of Phone xxxx. Looks like she didn't do her job apart from being a salesperson asking me to transfer the phone number to my uncle's aunties, and cousins.  Please be professional and resolve this ASAP.   get in touch ASAP and resolve my issue. else I will complaint to the communication ombudsman. Hi team, I'm travelling overseas and I turned on the international roaming. I understand the charge will be taken off from my prepaid balance. When I checked my balance earlier today, I find that I was charged for a call made to my own number??? Hi team,   My plan includes 100 min for international calls and I had been making calls to the same number with country code +86 and area code 512 for years, but suddenly since the end of April, my calls to those numbers end without a ringing tone.  I've tried to use a friend's mobile (Telstra) to make the calls to the same numbers, and it works. And I have confirmed from the receiving party that my phone number is not blocked.   On the 26th and 27th May, my calls to those international number worked twice, but it's now back to the "call ended without ringing tone" state.   Can you please help?   Thanks ...
