TPG do not have control with the cancellation of your previous service we suggest to raise this to your previous provider.
We recently moved to a local NBN provider after being with TPG for approximately 4 years. It was a horrendous experience and now we're back with TPG on a faster plan. When I looked at our records, I see that I've been charged by both telcos over a 3 month period meaning I was paying for both telcos at the same time. Is that error the responsibility of TPG or the local company who took over the line? Who cancels it?
