Charged the monthly fee 3 consecutive times within a day

Hi,

On Monday 4th of March my account associated with my TPG mobile plan was charged the monthly fee ($30) 3 consecutive times.

Can I get some help with this please? I have attached the screenshot of these transactions for reference.
