Hi Team,
I had transferred my moblie service to other provider at 22 Jan 2022, however I still recieved a tax invoice with total $30.99 in the tax invoice included $19.99 for 14 Feb to 13 Mar 2022 service charge and $11 port out fee, I have transferred to other service provider at 22 Jan 2022 which is more than 7 days of the next service period.
I made a call to customer service and the reference is 66336589, the member said TPG will not charge me, however I still found the charge has already deducted to my debit payment account.
I also sent a email to TPG support but no response.
Can I have the refund back?
