Charges for FAKE calls. sms and paid services added without my knowledge

TPG. you have to resolve the issue ASAP. I repeat again that I did not use no subscribed to Voice Mail or Call Catcher. I was using my phone for a long time without these services. Now TPG replied if Call catcher is deactivated then Voice Mail must be active. This is a lie. 

Stop forcing these services on me! Reverse the charges for FAKE calls! REsole the issue ASAP. It's shocking how you treat your customers.

Can ANYONE from TPG resolve the issues or at least reply here why TPG forced me into paid services?  TPG keep charging me on a daily basis for Call Catcher that I never subscribed or added to my account.

I had problems like this with call catcher. The only way to resolve it was to escalate to the TIO
